Help! My Former employer Deliberately Delayed My Entitlements After Resignation. by olabiyi247(m): 7:53pm On Feb 08, 2021 |
I worked for an organization for 3 years and tended my notice of resignation to ensure that enough notice was given and for clearance purpose. The HR acknowledged receipt of the letter 2 days after. Little did I know that they will get back at me by delaying my January salary and other entitlements. Till this moment I have not gotten any tangible reason for the delay and my other colleagues who are still working got their regular pay. I am confused on what to do as I did not expect all these delays. Calls and mails sent to HR have not yielded any tangible response. Nairalanders what do I do? |
