Brother, I know how you feel. I’m so sorry for being heartbroken.

I think the best thing to do is to turn this around for you good. It’s hard but you have to cheer yourself up and live your best life. I would recommend the following;

1. Hit the gym often or exercise to take your mind off her, and be in the best shape of your life.

2. Let out the emotions if you will, it’s okay to cry. Don’t cry in the open tho lol.

3. Spend more time on your purpose, and be the best version of yourself. Concentrate on your career and making money.

4. Spend more time with good friends with high self-esteem.

5. Take sometime to heal before jumping into another relationship.

6. Go no-contact with your ex, never message or call her again. Delete her photos, or take away anything that will remind you of her.

7. Focus on yourself now. Take her off the pedestal and you will see her for who she really is.

8. Have an abundance mindset. Many better options are out there.

9. Take stock of your past relationships, recognize any bad patterns you’ve repeated and work on it. Not for her, but for yourself.

10. Remember, men are the prize. Men age like fine wine and women like milk.
