My take is have it scanned, engine and gear checked!
It’s a pretty fair bargain for so many reasons...
That car is an SUV, the resale value is usually high especially in places like Lagos.
Naira is currently garbage...
import duty is at all time high...
Naija used is the way to go now, it doesn’t matter if it’s a lady that used it...
No point running the VIN(personal opinion though)
Make sure all papers are intact (very important)

No serious error lights on the dashboard.
If the engine is untouched and neat, no oil leaks then 2m isn't bad. 1.7/2m is good.

If perfect go for it. The price is OK bearing in mind what dollar is saying now.
