Useless leaders, embark on projects that will be realizable during your tenure, we are tired of these big big years, vision 2000, 2010, 2020 are all failures, restrict your project to 2023 before another government will come snd be telling us 2040. Is 8years not sufficient enough for the completion of these mirage projects?

At least the programme would expand the country’s commitment to global best practice and to cleaner energy in line with the Paris agreement on Climate Change.
