Letter seems fake and if true,it means nothing after all he is on grade level 5 only with a yearly salary of less than 500k.most of us here are above level 8 and earn above that

People's Gazette,at least for now,is not your beer parlor blog or SR that concoct some stories.
They are out to champion a cause and win the online news medium,so are very sure of their stories before they publish.
