I remember what Buhari said during his first term when he was being scolded for not appointing an Ibo person into prominent goverment positions.
After he had given a full,venom full history of how Ibos didn't vote for him,he now went on to say something in the mode of 'despite that,I still gave them 2 important senior ministerial positions'.
Which are these positions one would ask:science/technology and foreign affairs.To Buhari those 2 positions more made up and is even him compensating the Ibos more than they deserve.
NEITI I believe to him is a mighty position the Ibos should be thankful to him for.
More like Igbokwe that was appointed as special adviser to a governor on 'gutter affairs'.

but if n.a. NNPC, NPA, CUSTOMs, DPR, ah ha.....them go line up, even person wey read Arabic , history or even Islamic studies in the Polytechnic or college of education will be appointed as director or head of parastatals.
