The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has reacted to the air operations on camps believed to have been occupied by the Eastern Security Network (ESN) by the Nigerian military in Imo State, Igbere TV reports.

The operations sent residents of Orlu and Orsu local government areas of Imo State scampering for safety.

Reacting to the air strikes, IPOB in a statement made available to Igbere TV said the Federal Government of Nigeria have brought war upon the Biafran people.

The statement signed by Mazi Chika Edoziem, the Head of Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) reads; “The Nigerian government through its military has finally declared open confrontation with the Biafran people in their bid to harass, intimidate and cow us into submission to relinquish our ancestral lands to foreign Fulani terrorists.

“IPOB worldwide must gird their loins and be prepared for the long drawn out battle ahead.

“The leadership of the Indigenous people Of Biafra make bold to state unequivocally that there shall be no inch of Biåfran land (Biåfran territory) to be ceded to the Fulani Marauders from the Sahel.

“The Nigerian army has thrown the gauntlet and we the Indigenous People Of Biafra Shall accept their challenge because there will neither be retreat nor surrender on this our journey to liberty and freedom.

“Now that the Nigerian government has activated its final solution to the Biåfran question with Helicopter gunships in Orlu, they have crossed the line of no return and for us the Indigenous People of Biafra there is only one option that is open for us.

“We MUST defend every inch of our ancestral land and we MUST defend our inalienable right to live in the land of our ancestors as a free people to develop our CHUKWUOKIKEABIAMA given talents for the benefit and elevation of our people just like our ancestors did thousands of years before us.

“Every IPOB family member should be very conscious of the time we have entered and exhibit the highest level of discipline and be ready to follow every directive as will be issued by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.”

In the it's the innocents that would suffer most
Those who orchestrated it are somewhere safe outside the country with their family.
The gullible ones will never use their brains.

Nice one.
Fulani are cowards who are been supported by nepotistic government.
It's so glaring Military and herdsmen work hand in hand.
All this energy the military are wasting in east is more needed in the north and everywhere fulani are killing, kidnapping and raping.
I don't know why military would be against those who are protecting their land against fulani killers while Bokoharam and bokoharam disguising as bandits are killing and raping everywhere.

North is using govt resources to prosecute an ethnic war against a section of the country. ESN is not fighting against Nigeria rather doing the job of the govt to protect it's people against killer herdsmen.

I don't think this right and Nigerians should speak against it. This isn't fair.

Absolutly true my brother, going into war with Nigeria soldiers is a hen engaging a kyt in fight, the kyt will start killing the chickens instead of fighting their mother(hen), earsterners need to let the goverment knw that they are not ready for any war and if ipob want war, then the Nigeria army have to face ipob and make sure the don't kill any other person except ipob members.

The time has come.

Since they have refused to restructure either regionally or through resource control.

Nigeria is a failed state.

"and be ready to follow every directive as will be issued by Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.”

The above quote made me laugh, if an experienced Ojukwu couldn't deliver Biafraland how much more a porn star. Does he think war is won with doggy style or cow girl style ?.

bandits, rutslers, kidnappers, boko haram are having a field day in the country, the government turned a blind eye..
PEACEFUL protesters and agitators, if they didn't send armed to the teeth policemen, they will send AIRSTRIKE and this goes to show buhari and his cabals knows what they are doing and they are intentionally doing it
