Meanwhile, anyone who wants to be a cattle rearer in the South West should buy land like any investor in livestock.

We reject RUGA in all its guises.

Fulani herdsmen don't tear cattle for them in Canada, US etc.. fulani should not see cattle rearing as their birth right. i think sw governors should invest in cattle business in partnership with agriculture firms in the region. Modern breeds can be sought from developed nations.

Agent of war, have you seen war before? If you have haven’t, go ask your grandfather about his experience of civil war. There will be no nairaland where you can cry and beg for help in a state of war. No food, no water, all your properties will be destroyed, all your family either killed or raped and maimed. Life will never be the same again. If you need your brain to reset, I can help you with high voltage electric shock to your cerebral cortex. Hopefully you can think clearly after that.

PEACE, that one single word with so much......
It's derived by paying a price..... JUSTICE.
When will we understand that evil thrives when the good ovrlooks its acts.
What's gonna happen to innocent blood spilling daily, they they just wish it away...?
Our words have become baskets waiting to fill the drums.
Only when we take up the courage to step up....
Then will we be granted such STUPENDOUS gifts like PEACE

Open grazing must be banned, and fighter jets bought to bomb the locations where kidnappers are hiding. Laser jet systems can detect himans in the thick of the forests, anyone caught in forests in unregulated areas, occupying illegally can be bombed. No tresspass.

It's hight time Nigeria jettisoned federalism for con-federalism let each state manage its own affairs and relax the muscles of federal for excessive powers. This feeding bottle administration called presidential is a fraud each state should stop looking up to the center for the stupid sharing ratio. Like I always say every States in Nigeria is blessed with the resources of life. Let everyone takes the advantage of it own resources.

The governors we have in the SW are cowards they are all scared to speak, from Ogun State governor defending herdsmen to Oyo state governor doing same, its just ridiculous....

None of them has taken any tangible step to defend their state against these violent set of terrorists, terrorising everyone in that region.....

Not only SW, all southern governors are cowardly and manipulated by Fulani. The only exception might be the Rivers state governor, Wike, although he is yet to be tested. Why SW seems obvious is that even the populace are behaving cowardly at the face of land takeover and genocide. Another issue is that they're hiding behind talk talk to discourage the only one among them that wanted to confront the killers. You caan't defend yourself and still too afraid to keep quiet let the one ready to do so to do so. The difference between them and the easterners is that the radical Kanu bypassed the governors while the SW governors set up a tootless Amotekun outfit. Imagine arming them with daneguns, shotguns and WWI weapons to confront assault rifle wielding terrorists. The reason the Fulani government relaxed was when they say that Amotekun has been rendered impotent. You remember how apprehensive they were when it was being formed. They relaxed when they realized the Yoruba lacked balls and will to defend themselves. My guess is that they're already finished. Some of us warned them when they were fighting our son in 2015, they thought its a joke. I think everything about the SW reeks of cowardice. The Illorin they lost must be as a result of fear also.

Excise in futility, bet me nothing serious will come out of this gathring of fulani asslickers, until the FG do the needful by baning and criminalize open grazing and stop fraudulent visa on arrival policy to chakemate the influx of foreign heardsmen and stop herders from carring arms illegally, believ me until these things are done which i know the clanish and deceptive gorverment of mallam buhari will not,no meeting of any group, tribe or persons will make any meaning but total wast of time.

Police Invite Ondo Leaders To Abuja Over Alleged Killing Of Cow, Community Kicks

The leaders said it was surprising that the police were pursuing supposed killers of cows when it had yet to unravel those who killed their traditional ruler, the Olufon of Ifon, Oba Isreal Adeusi.

Leaders of Ifon in the Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State have kicked against the invitation of their elders by the police over the alleged killing of a cow.

The leaders said it was surprising that the police were pursuing supposed killers of cows when it had yet to unravel those who killed their traditional ruler, the Olufon of Ifon, Oba Isreal Adeusi.

They said the leaders invited were among those temporarily holding forth following the death of their Oba.

The late Oba Adeusi was killed by suspected herdsmen around Elegbeka on Ifon-Owo Highway on November 26, 2020.

President of the Ifon Development Union, Chief Femi Awani, who spoke at a briefing in Ifon said the police invitation was based on a petition by one herdsman, Abdullahi, who claimed one of his cows was killed last month.

He mentioned the leaders invited to include Chief Ekon, Chief Olijewu, Hon Saliu Omotoso, Hon Olaniyi Eni-Olotu, and Chief hunter of Ifon.

Awani said another petition by one Alhaji Usman prompted the police to deploy men from the FIB Tactical Command Squad to ensure the invited leaders left for Abuja to answer the petition.

Awani noted that the thrust of the petition to the Force headquarters was not only about the killing of a cow but included alleged criminal conspiracy, a threat to life, and attempted kidnapping.

He said the content of the letter inviting the leaders was at variance with the verbal narration of the policemen from Abuja.

Awani appealed to the Inspector General of Police, Adamu Mohammed, to investigate the authenticity of the letter which they saw as a ploy to intimidate them and forestall attempts at protecting their land.

He wondered if the petition was not a ploy to release some herders who were arrested for kidnapping around the community.

He said, “Once we are sure the letter is authentic, we will go to Abuja. We are law-abiding citizens. The allegations are weighty. It is a painful thing to us. We would have been protesting but we are a peaceful people.”

The Aremo of Ifon, Adegoke Adeusi, said it was shameful that the police could not arrest killers of the Ifon monarch, but were chasing after supposed killers of a cow.
He asked, “Who is to be arrested? Is it the killers of our Oba or those alleged to have killed a cow?

”It is shameful. It is disgraceful. I was shocked when I heard that four of our leaders have been invited to come and answer for the killing of a cow. It is a total injustice.

“An Oba was killed and they are now talking about a cow.”

In the same vein, a leader in the community, High Chief Joseph Ayayi, said the place mentioned by the petitioner that the cow was killed belonged to another community.

”Where they killed the cow is not our land. They said we should go to Abuja to explain. We do not know anything about the killing of a cow.

”There was no fight. When they investigated and saw that the place is not our land, they invited our hunters, but the herder could not identify them as those responsible.

“A month later, they invited us and gave us petition forms to fill. Our names were not in the petition, but they gave us forms to fill,” he stated

The SW might be toothless dogs, but your own dog does not have mouth at all. They successfully established Amotekun against all odds, they should have equipped them with grenades, and all other sophisticated weapon, so that the government can accuse of them of treason, and trying to cause anarchy right?. Some of you have brains, but you actually refuse to use it most times. Fulani will perform their atrocities at night and run into the bush before any security operatives get there, it is hard to differentiate the real one from the criminals, but you people expect amotekun to ethnic cleanse all of them, without minding of the consequences. Have you been to orlu lately, come and see wailing from the brave at heart on line, what am i even saying have you paid your herds man tax in Abia. This same bravery with no common sense, pushed you to fighting a war you loosed with casualties. Your guess is very wrong, the yeebos are the ones that have been conquered
