Isn't banditry criminal any longer ?

Why not extend same courtesy to armed robbers, cultists, ritualists , rapist, pen robbers, thieves etc and criminalize peaceful protesters and agtitators since the ultimate objective is to make peace

They wont do that because they are not from the 95%

Keep feeding them milk , they are getting bigger and bolder by the day.
These men keep giving Fulani herdsmen money .
They are sponsoring banditry and insurgencies in Nigeria indirectly.

Let the Taliban attack mainland US and see if the US will negotiate with them or not. You don't play with or pamper a poisonous snake, you cut off it's head.

UNITED STATES IS CURRENTLY NEGOTIATING WITH IRAN, A TERRORIST NATION.
Let Iranian terrorists attack mainland US and start killing US before you can say what their reaction will be for certain.

There's no change in any nomenclature sir, what do you think the US will do if bandits are killing Americans on the US soil like they're doing in Nigeria?

Do you believe/think that the US government and their military will negotiate with those terrorists?

Do you think that either of the Russian or Chinese government too will negotiate with terrorists killing their citizens on their soil like the Nigerian government is doing too?

I really understand what you are saying but remember all this countries you mentioned have undergrounds channels to negotiate with those terrorists.. But they will come out openly to said different things. More so this issue of banditry and small arms proliferations were as result of this western world polices to sell weapon and used other countries for experiment. They invaded Libya, Iraq & host of countries becomes lawlessness and those idiots become emboldened

Oh, I've gotten your line of reasoning now. Those so called developed countries have been accused of funding terrorist organizations to destabilize other nations especially developing ones.

But I believed that they won't fold their hands and watch their citizens getting killed on their soil en masse by terrorists like what's going on in Nigeria.

You also talked about the US paying Al qaeda in one of your comments too, it might be true though. But don't forget that either they paid Al qaeda or not, the US didn't let their opportunity to kill Osama bin Laden go. This was a man that commandeered terrorist strike against the US as far back as 09/11/2001, he was still hunted down and gunned to death even after almost 10 the tragedy happened, showing you how important the US viewed the security of their citizens and that they never forgets.
The reverse is the case here in Nigeria, even when citizens get killed en masse, the massacre will be forgotten the next day, and what is even more worrying is government's "I don't care attitude" towards such incidents. Killings by various armed groups have become a norm in our country. Who curse like this o.

This is true, but then having a government that is failing in their responsibilities has made things worse too. It's now the job of the citizens to keep themselves safe from all the elements of insecurity.

Send armed security to dislodge unarmed protesters. Send mediators to armed criminals. You wonder why this shithole is upside-down?

Government is a product of the society, if the society is bad the Government will not be an angel.. just look the the scenario of Apostle Johnson Suleman boasts about buying private jet, prays for COVID-19 to continue and his followers clapping for him......so can government be held responsible in that instance?

We the citizens are the root cause of our problems, imagine brothers taking arms against each other cos of the political ambition of a stranger. This country is just somehow o.
Even our government has failed us in discharging their responsibilities, we the citizens are failing to uphold our own end of the deal too.
