Fourteen aides of the immediate past governor of Imo state and

the senator representing Imo west senatorial

district in the national assembly; Owele Rochas

Okorocha has been arraigned before a

magistrate court seating in Oweri this morning.

The fourteen persons were taken to court for

offences relating to the forceful entry into the

premises of the hotel that was seized from the former governor's

wife.


It was reported yesterday that the senator, in

company of his wife, his son in-law and a large

number of his supporters had forcefully gained

entry into the hotel premises in their bid to

unsealed the embargo place on its operation by

the Imo state government

He was arrested by the police in the process and

taken into custody.

Adikaibe of Magistrate Court 4, Owerri.

They are being arraigned on a seven-count bordering on disturbance to the security of the state and destruction of government seal at Royal Spring Palm Estate, Owerri, on Sunday.

Which good governance from Okorocha are you talking about. is it the statues he erected all over Imo state you are talking about. Okorocha destroyed the goodwill people have for him because of his inordinate ambition. he is a thief and should be treated as one. you can join him in prison when he is finally sentenced at least your ass will be useful to him

Police arrested Okorocha and others at the scene of the crime, they took them into custody and decided to release him and charge others to court.

What explanation will the police give for this obvious double standard error?

They said he was released after questioning late yesterday night, but other accomplices were not big enough to warrant their release too.

They kept them in custody till the following day and even charge them to court on the same offense while living their commander behind.

All animals are equal but some are more equal than the other.

Lesson;
1. Hope our youths will get sense and desist from being used by any politician to foment trouble because when the bubble burst, you are OYO.
2. If anybody dies for any politician, he or she dies for fun because life goes on. You won't be surprised to see them together campaigning on the same political platform tomorrow.

The excuse adduced for the development is that he is probably sick and unfit to stand trials.
And his name is conspicuously absent from the charge sheet.

Yea okoroacha is the best gov imo state has ever had.
He built world class substandard roads and bridges.
He refused to pay pensioners and owed salaries
He stole peoples land, built properties with state funds and allocated such to himself
