PERSONAL ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is seeking a smart and experienced female to fill the position below:

JOB TITLE: PERSONAL ASSISTANT

[b]JOB TYPE: FULL TIME

LOCATION: LAGOS

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Effectively communicate with internal and external clients meet for service enquiries.
• Manage all diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting rooms.
• Make travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangement for staff and managers.
• Keep a record of files and expenses.
• Provide personal administrative support to Executive Director.
• Efficiently stock all supplies.
• Write reports, presentation, and briefs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of OND/HND from any recognized institution.
• Must be an Auditor.
• Age 25-28
• Must possess good appearance.
• 2-3 Years experience working as a personal assistant or similar role.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must like the hospitality industry.
• Possess good accounting skills.
• Lives on the mainland preferably.
