From what I read in the screenshot, ur grievance is in order. I personally will not be happy if I receive a different color/design from what I ordered. If a seller suddenly doesn't have exactly what I picked during my selection from the samples shown to me, he or she has to inform me and get my consent before sending me a different color/design, otherwise I will write a bad review against him or her as u have done.

Seller: From the screenshot uploaded, ur buyer selected blue strip for Adidas but u sent him white strip, he selected butter color sleeves for FG but u sent him all black, he selected multicolour strip for Palm Angel but u sent him all black. Is it that u don't know that each of the two designs of those brands are different, or is it that ur customers chocice doesn't matter when buying from u? U dubiously sent ur customer a different design from what he selected, yet u are busy speaking long grammar that they are still the same brands, instead of u to apologize to him and seek for a solution to correct ur wrong doing.

This is a deliberate act, which is very dishonest of him as an online marketer. If u can't manage what he ended up sending to u, request for a refund and send back his items to him. After all there is no way he would have expected u to pay him, if the purchase arrangement was to be "pay on delivery"

Since that guy has proven that u sent him wrong items, why not reach out to him and resolve the issue. Do u enjoy bad publicity as a business owner? U are losing potential new customers over this issue. If that guy is insisting on a refund, oblige him and apologize to him. Country is hard, not everyone can afford to accept a wrong order the way u might have expected it
