Stop chewing on your nails. Even if they are short when you nibble on them it tells on your skin when you fidget while asleep.

Wall gecko. More spiritual than natural. Take that from somebody who’s had same. Even if you wear cowhides to bed, it’s still gonna occur.

I experience same on my body. I thought I scratched my body against object or wall..
I did not give it a second thought..
