A global agency that pioneered the exchange program between countries to allow for cultural exchange has excluded Nigeria from the list of countries that will benefit from the program.

According to the agency, that chose to remain anonymous, Nigerians are notorious for abandoning their citizenship once they cross international borders.

The agency also noted that some other African nations known for their immigration problems were exempted, but Nigerians are premium offenders.
