To me President Buhari has really failed Nigerians, but the truth now is what are our barious state Governors doing with their state secutity votes, this i believe should be the right time to start putting it to more effective usre

You say it is not Buhari, the commander in chief's duty alone to provide security, yet;

- You bomb ESN
- You settle bandits
- You release terrorists.

If the people at the local government level tell someone, what will they do? Are they armed? Will you not send soldiers to beat and arrest them when they fight back?
