A friend of f mine has been having jock itch around his genital for more than 3 years. He has used most antifungal tablet and cream like terbinafine, itraconazole, ketoconazole and fluconazole which are not effective. He applied a brand of brake oil and within short period of time there was great improvement and the  jock itch is almost gone now. I want to ask what makes a brake oil a potent antifungal.
