Hello guys I need assistance, it seems something or someone is blocking my IP address some how. I can access all websites both on my phone and PC except my hosting company website and and the two websites I hosted with them.

If I restart the two devices, I some times can access the websites for about 5mins max before they become inaccessible. I usually connect the PC to the internet via hotspot.

Please what is the challenge I'm facing here and how can I resolve it

I'll deeply appreciate your responses.
