The Police in Osun on Thursday arraigned one Adebayo Amos, 55, before a Modakeke Magistrates’ Court for alleged theft of a grinding machine. The Prosecutor, Inspector Onah Glory, told the court that the defendant committed the offence sometime in 2016 at Olorunsogo Market Area, in Modakeke. Glory said that the defendant stole one grinding machine valued at N29,000, the property of one Duro Igbinyemi. He added that the offence contravened sections 383 and 390(  b, and (9) of the criminal code, laws of Osun, 2002.The defendant, however, pleaded not guilty to the one count of stealing.
