BluntTheApostle: Christ asked whoever desires to build a house to sit down and count the cost. Thats what is going on here. You desire an education with 24 hour power, water, good classroom, well stocked libraries? you sit down and count the cost on yourself and not on subsidy funded by offering meant for meat in God's house. That your own christian altitude of asking for everything to be done for you is actually almajiri and rankadede-ish |

Kingdomtruth:I am sorry, what? What you have stated above does not even agree with the teachings of Jesus Christ, the TRUTH of God, that you speak of. How do you go about reconciling the fact that what your claim you believe does not line up with the Truth of God, Jesus Christ Himself? Kingdomtruth:As you were told in John Chapter 3 vs 16-21, Grace(eternal life) comes through the obedience of one of Jesus Christ's commandments which is that if you believe in Him(believe He is from God, are baptized, and eat of His body and drink of His blood), you will be redeemed from Death, and instead gifted with Eternal life(Grace) by Him. This is one of the few commandments that come with a blessing attached to it. So why do you believe, against what you read there, that grace does not come through your accepting and obeying a commandment, something that is made clear to you right there in John 3 vs 16-21? The teachings of Jesus Christ is the Truth of Jesus Christ - He is the Law and His teachings are the very definitions of that which is Sin for those who are in His flock - and according to His teaching it is indeed by accepting and obeying His commandments that you can receive His Spirit. So, again, why do you deny what is written right there in the book for you to obey? Jesus Christ obeyed His Father's commandments and calls you to do the very same in order that He and the Father may abide in you. Are you saying that Jesus Christ lied? |

Kobojunkie: Good evening bro. I think you re really mixing up things here. you wrote about GRACE(eternal life) coming through obedience to Christ commandments and teachings. And then again, you talk about being gifted with eternal life which is also GRACE in another sense according to you. If that's your base point, then I would beg to differ with you. Not for the purpose of competing with you for whatever reason, but to set a perspective about the TRUTH that you and I believe in. First off, no one gifts you eternal life as your comment tries to suggest. But it is true that we've been given the gift of GRACE through our union with Christ Jesus to help us work out for our eternal life. Reason Paul the apostle advised us to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. And by this GRACE, it means we now have the power to live the way God wants us to live in righteousness. Secondly, GRACE however, does not equate eternal life. while it is true and necessary that we obey Christ teachings and commandments for eternal life, we only need to have Faith and believe after hearing the message of Christ Jesus, before we will receive GRACE through His spirit that will now come upon us as people who believe. we receive this GRACE not because we've done anything or observed any rules and regulations or commandments, but just because we believe in Him(Christ Jesus). Telling a Christian to obey God's teachings and commandments without His GRACE is like telling a man to conceive and give birth to a baby. It is that impossible my brother. Because, as flesh and blood; we do not have the power to satisfy the righteous demands of God's LAW because of the weakness of our FLESH. Reason Christ told His disciples that: It is not possible with human beings, but with God everything is possible. So my brother, putting it simply and straightforward, this is how it goes: we first hear the message, then FAITH will be birthed because of the message. Then, we confess Him(Christ) as our Lord and believe that he died and God raised Him from death. then, we will be saved. Then the Spirit will come upon us though undeveloped. And as the Spirit comes, it comes with GRACE to help us to obey Christ's teachings and commandments aimed at making us to conform to his image and likeness. It is only and only if we continue to obey those teachings and commandments and stay soo conformed to his image and likeness that we can be sure of ETERNAL LIFE bro. Else, I'm afraid there's no other way. So, take note that: GRACE does not equate eternal life; but that, GRACE gives us the power to obey God's words and live righteously which in turn, guarantees us ETERNAL LIFE. And lastly, we do not obey God's commandments and teachings to receive GRACE, but we receive GRACE first to help us obey God's teachings and commandments. Hope that's clear enough...Thanks and remain bless brodaman |

CoolAmbience: Why is it the religious body and not the government? Do the citizens not pay tax? How many schools do Muslims have or are they not religion too? Churches has no business in building schools. Since they are helping the government, you should be happy no matter the cost. Everybody can't be at the same level financially. Attend the one that is your financial level and stop hating. Should those who can't afford Domino pizza fight against it when Amala joint or Calabar kitchen is around the corner? |
