ADVICE FOR A FIRST TIME CAR USER

Can the experts in the house advice based on the following considerations:

1.. hoping to get a car that the price won't be more than 1.2m
2.. when off duty at office, the car can seldomly be used as Uber/car hire or Transportation or any other business purpose.
3… being a first time user, the car that / brand that won't challenge d owner much based on challenges/fault or whatever.
4... Which brand or model is recommended pls?
5 .. I sense honda Products are slightly cheaper is honda advised in d above situation, why & or why not?
6.. Any advice on car Financing ( prospective buyer is a salary earner)
