Out of the phones there Samsung A12 has the best camera but won't necessarily give you the best performance. Poco M3/Redmi 9T are better options in my opinion but if you really have up to 100k like you claim then go for Redmi note 9s

N.B. I also have brand new Umidigi S5 pro 6/256, F2 6/128 and power 3 4/64 if you want
