On my SIWES loghook, my IT industry based made a mistake; where he was supposed to write his name, he wrote the name of the company and the projects. Having realized his mistake, he applied a correction pen to erase the errors. He then wrote his name. My question is, won't I be queried for this by my school or ITF?

Also, a seal(from CAC) was used in place of stamp by my company to sign my logbook, is it acceptable?
