I beg to disagree, We need a system that will make stealing on such scale impossible.Most of these money are not recoverable once it is taken out of govt coffers and what is left is just a little left over and their incarceration will not bring back the money. You don't hear most of such embezzlement everyday in many other countries of the world.

When it comes to stealing they are always a united Nigeria. And when it comes to sharing the loot, the politicians fight dirty by calling in tribal and religious warlords. But the illiterate poor masses never know the undercurrent behind all the call to tribal and religious sentiments. It’s a divide and rule tactic inherited from the British. Only the blockheads die for a politician.
