Job Title: Administrative Manager with Human Resource and Accounting Background

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Description:
We currently seeking someone vibrant with a prior Background experience as an administrative and HR officer, must be able to handle proper Book keeping and accounting records, Must be a sharp decision maker and be able to handle dealings with other staffs, should be in close proximity to Ajah and must be knowledgeable in handling Microsoft office applications, and must have good customer service and staff relationship.


Key Responsibilities:
Daily financial and progress reports on jobs
Must be fluent in use of Excel, word and other office documents
Confirming customers transaction payments
Discussing with customers as well as getting feedback from them
Monitoring and seeing to the welfare of staff and discipline
must be able to handle recruiting, overseeing compensation, monitoring performance, and providing training.
