Why Are States With Highest Unemployment Not The Poorest by Kebbiprince: 3:12pm On Mar 23
Hi all, I seem not to exactly understand how this works. States with highest unemployment means they are not working and that means they have money and should be poor. Now imo state has about 47% unemployment rate and the worst in the entire country. Now why is imo state not the poorest nationwide?
