This is a very pertinent question to consider when the level of technological advancement displayed by alien UFO vehicles is factored into the equation. Very true these words. Even the very concept of time as being linear and irreversible could be called into question since one hypothesis holds that those often witnessed "alien" craft and their occupants are actually human beings several thousand years evolved beyond the current time, and are thus direct descendants of the human race's contemporary genealogical iteration.

Those distant descendants are presumed to include scientists who developed a means of traversing instantaneously through the fabric of time itself, backward into the past, at cruise speeds that cannot even be quantified using current scientific nomenclature.
