Is there someone in your life that you dislike more than yourself? Someone who continuously bothers you and irritates you to no end? Someone whose appearance you hate and whose presence makes you angry and resentful? I would bet that in the case of certain others, most of us would have at least one like that and several. So the big question is, who are these people? Someone who argued with you insulted you by calling you names, or publicly disrespected you, causing you tremendous pain, someone you've been angry with for a long time, or someone who's done something bad to you or a loved one. These are the individuals we are trying to stay away from and want to keep a distance from, and they are our "ENEMIES." Now the mere mention of that word in our body sends bitterness and frustration, but you can't ignore the fact that enemies are as valuable as friends are, and they serve a lot of purpose than just irritating and pissing off us. For many of you, this may sound insane, because why on earth is it good to have enemies? even Jesus had enemies Well, this is a difficult problem, but let's try to explore the reasons why we need enemies:

1. They Help Tell You When You Are Wrong

Why is it that someone who doesn't have an opponent is always right? Imagine that everybody is your friend, and when we say friend, we mean your true friend who will always reassure you that you aren't doing anything wrong to either motivate you or not offend you. Let us use an example to explain what we mean: you took an action that, based on the facts, was not the right one; a close friend will not notice your error and will help you; your rivals, on the other hand, will certainly notice your error and will condemn you; this will demonstrate your errors, and you will take steps to prevent them in the future.

2. Enemies Help You Gain The Strength To Handle Criticism

Your friends will try as hard as they can to avoid criticizing you, and they almost always succeed, but your enemies will reveal you in broad daylight to the world, and they are always ready to criticize you. Your ability to avoid and defeat such criticism from enemies determines your power to handle such criticism from anywhere later on. This is similar to our first explanation, in that they assist you in identifying your errors and they are always able to point them out.

3. Your Enemies Makes You Work Harder

Have you ever been made fun of by your friends? Of course, it hardly happens that people you call your true friends don't dare to ridicule you, however, you see your enemies. As your rivals taunt you, it should inspire you to beat them and prove them wrong. It should motivate you to offer it your all to prove them wrong, and giving it your all motivates you to work harder. The willingness to endure enemy criticism and humiliation makes you tougher and drives you to work harder than ever.

4. Enemies will let you know the negatives in you

This certainly comes as a surprise, but it's true, because friends and family aren't going to let you know all the negatives about you because they like and respect you, they agree with whatever you say, and they shake their heads in an assertion of whatever you decide, because they don't want to go against you, even if it's in some sense wrong. But an adversary just holds grudge against you and will try to find fault with everything you do, you may not be right all the time, and your enemy may not be wrong all the time, so he will certainly let you know the secret or unknown negative stuff.

5. Enemies will make you a better person as a whole

Enemies provide many opportunities for self-improvement. They can help you think creatively so that in any possible area it leads to healthy competitiveness, you will work out some good ways to beat them. As you continue to remain one step ahead of your opponent, your aspirations and expectations will skyrocket. Enemies act as a reality check from time to time, and you'll be ready for anything that comes your way, and you'll grow stronger and wiser with each passing day, making people, including your opponent, envious of you.

6. Enemies make you popular by creating controversy

If he's your opponent, he'll probably speak behind your back and in a derogatory manner, but who cares as long as it causes a stir and makes you famous in some way? The scandals of these days can lead to very strong results that make your popularity double, it is seen as a simple way to be famous in a short time and stand out among your peers and none can do it better than your enemies.

It was very enlightening
