This is actually common on down floor apartments especially when you have nearby bushes around. Though it's due to the cold from the ground affecting the building that made these creeping creatures come inside the house. Outside of ur apartment if u can pour condemn oil around it maybe might help to reduce them entering your house. And also constantly use harsh chemicals inside your house to kill them .

,..Thats what am actually saying,...no one can eat millipede and won't land in hospital with complication,...I know they are harmless in contact,..In fact,..I played a lot with them and kept them as pet when I was 7-8 year's,..and my mom actually told me then to wash my hands with soap when am done playing with them,..then I grew up to realize it is unsafe to let millipede or get in contact with edible stuffs.
