I wish our legislators can amend President's tenure to about 3 terms , this two is too small for Buhari's economic plan to work |

They borrowed and looted it....with little or nothing to show for such massive borrowings. Billions of dollars in the military with no weapon bought, over priced contracts awarded without due process on borrowed funds And some idiots are already pushing for another calamity in 2023 in the name of politics, party and tribalism. We all can pretend not to know the truth and continue in the destruction of this nation.... But I assure you that when all is said and done., the southeast like a phoenix will emerge from this Ash to become the greatest nation in africa |

Smh. Let those singing Buhari and the entire APC praise continue...... Look at the debt and please ask yhurself if yhu really think there's anything tangible the government has done with all the money. Alot of people have been rendered jobless, prices of foodstuffs and other things have gone up, poverty has increased still under this government. Yet, the government keeps borrowing money, what exactly is all the money being used for? |

Just 32.92 trillion? thinking it's about 500 trillion naira, the politicians should please try all effort to see the debt rises to peak as fast as possible so God will start the rapture from this great country. |

Well, of course our debt is high because oil prices have been on a downward trend... In 2011, oil prices averaged $107.06, In 2012 oil prices averaged at 109.00 By 2015..oil prices had crashed to 40 dollars per barrel. By 2018 oil prices were at $69 per barrel Now, it is at $71 per barrel Meanwhile, our breakeven price was $122 in 2012, $139 in 2017 $133 now. And one thing that annoys me is that Nigerians, whether pro or anti Buhari, pdp, apc, pro or anti secessionist haven't gotten the message...that we need to develop alternative sources of income....like MANUFACTURING, INDUSTRIALIZATION. No we all want oil money. We all lust after oil money. No one wants to work for the oil free future. Time we woke up to the fact that our debt issues are due to reliance on one stream of income, and the idea that we all deserve to be fed by Father Christmas....and got our economy off oil.,,....because oil is a curse. |

FIRS declares unprecedented revenue Customs exceeded their target VAT increased to 7.5% Postage stamp tax enacted Utility bills doubled Fuel price hiked Data and calls taxed New offshore law to increase offshore revenue enacted Yet debt keeps piling up. Maybe Nigeria should start paying tithe so the devourer can be rebuked for us. |

We are rich but yet very poor. Just think of an individual owing about four times his annual salary. I don't think he will sleep. But this government doesn't care. The more we raise alarm, the more they borrow. If I have the opportunity to be elected, the debt payment will start by liquidating all the assets of these thieves and send them to jail. |
