The truth is that appointing Justices into the Court of Appeal just for the purpose of balancing religious quotas is wrong and that is what the latest appointment is seeking to do.

The reason why Christians seem to dominate the composition of the Court of Appeal at present lies in the fact that Christians have historically always taken education more seriously than muslims. It wasn't because of quota systems or preferential treatment that most Court of Appeal judges are Christians, in the same way that most professors, medical doctors, lawyers, engineers, architects, software engineers in Nigeria are Christians. Plain and simple, taking education seriously pays off.

Backward mentality! Intolerance

First the false premise: There are equal number of qualified Christian and Muslim judges.
Second false premise: Since Christians and muslims are equal, they must be equally represented in the judiciary.
Third false premise: Muslims must quickly be hired to balance the their lower number in the judiciary.

This is typical of every fallacy!
Make the 1st premise, the second, and then draw a false conclusion.

Logic 101.

Very despicable comment. Many of those so-called professionals you mentioned were forcefully converts to Christianity by the Christian school proprietors of those days. If you are not old enough to know that ask your parents. And those judges were appointed by a Christian president of the court of appeal after due process. But the jaundice in your eyes will make you to make spurious claims that they were appointed to correct religious imbalance without any evidence. Many of you will never use common sense so long as religious bigotry continue to becloud your sense of reasoning and logic.

Why then christians and CAN always stand in the way of MUSLIMs anytime muslims wanted to institutionalized avenues that would benefit every Nigerian?. For example, in 1974 under Yakubu Gowan, NIGERIA was to borrow interest-free millions of naira loan from OIC (Organization of the ISLAMIC conference) but CAN, due to jealousy, prevented Yakubu Gowan administration from doing so and persuaded Gowan to borrow money from IMF which is based on interest. The money borrowed then is still being financed till now by NIGERIANS. You and your generation will continue to pay debt all your life because of your jealousy and hatred for Islam..

Also, Abuja national mosque was constructed and funded by Muslim donors. But Abuja central church was built and completed by Obasanjo with taxpayer money. Yes, Obasanjo built (completed) Abuja central church with taxpayers money. Obasanjo tasked all States in Nigeria to contribute millions of naira except Tinubu and and Orji Uzor Kalu who refused. They said they are not Christians.

Similarly, Christians are the ones complaining about everything. They complained about so called Arabic scripts on naira notes. Obj and GEJ removed the scripts. Same thing the issue of hijab with Amasa Firdaus. She was not gonna be allowed to call to Bar. Same thing you have problem with Muslims praying voluntarily at workplaces. Also Christians have problems with Muslims. Muslims could not get education unless they changed their Muslim names to Christian names. This is what led to millions of converts to Christianity. This is why Muslim parents those days didn't go to school in order to preserve their ISLAMIC faith. Rahman became Raymond Dokpesi, Daud became David Oyedepo, Abdulfatai became TB Joshua, Bakr became Tunde Bakare and so many cases like that. Also ISLAMIC banking that would favor NIGERIANS were criticized by Christians. This is a clear case of Christians intolerance.

Finally, the most dangerous of all is Christian manifesto that was orchestrated at Ebute Meta and published in Ibadan in 1994. Visit my profile for reference to the manifesto. Their documents provide detailed evil plans of Christian Association Of NIGERIA. In the future, CAN will eventually face judicial panel and ultimately be reformed or disbanded. This is just tip of iceberg.

Christianity is evil religion. But what's more evil and painful are ignorant and nominal Muslims that still see them as friends. These set of people are the ones that claimed we worship the same God. They are collateral damage for Islam.

Things like subsidizing pilgrimage, building of religious houses, Shari'a courts are actually unconstitutional.

Actually it is the other way round. Government took over Christian schools by military fiat under the regime of Murtala Muhammad.

Nobody is stopping muslims from owning and operating their own schools, but they would rather raise hell over what Christians choose to do in Mission Schools.

Muslims should start treating education with the seriousness it deserves, instead of their current pathetic attitude towards it:

The evidence is all around you. Who produces the greatest number of university and polytechnic graduates in Nigeria? Christians.

Take a look at any list of the first Nigerian professors from any academic discipline in Nigeria and who dominates the list? Christians.

Take a look at Nigerians excelling overseas in academia and the sciences and who dominates? Again, Christians.

These are all easily verifiable facts in the public domain.

you are still perambulating. Go to many companies in Nigeria. They are Christianized. Christians don't believe or think Nigeria is secular state which is exactly what you just did. They only said nigeria is "secular country" to divert attention, benefits, favors to themselves.

Nigeria is not a secular state. It is a religious.....no no no the most religious country on earth. Stop fooling yourself. Their manifesto says it all. See tip in the attachment below (enlarge it).

Also I forgot to add earlier that Christians were funded by foreign countries to end Islam by year 2000 but they failed. They were funded for 10yrs.

So you still wanna call it a secular country?. The funding of christianity is what led to establishment of Sharia in the north to stop their progression.
