I won't say you shouldn't attend her burial, I'll however tell you what will happen if you don't yeah, it'll raise eyebrows and potentially create more problems for you as they'll start having strong doubts about your good towards them.. You can go with your family, village elders if possible.. Your boss should stand alongside you & your family, he could also go with his family, his two sons preferably.. She may or may not have died from anything related to the kidney transplant but it's only right for them to be present, she was his staff afterall, it shows their care & concern towards the deceased & her family..
