While 400 w:hyte people commit crimes out of the 1000 that means according to stats over 40% of wh:yte people in the city commit crimes.

Now according to the stats by percentage ( they won't tell you it's by percentage) black Americans in that city commit more crimes than wh:yte people but according to the real numbers wh:yte people are the ones committing more crimes.

African's were not going anywhere during the 1920’s-30’s. Intercontinental migration was not really our thing back then..It was mostly a Europe to USA thing.
