Is it Lagos plate number ? If yes then I can help you at a cost ...alternatively visit any vio office ...tell them you want to check the details of the plate number ...I use to pay for getting this info ...that is why i said i can help for a cost . Before that autoreg site use to be free for all but for long time now only their staff has the admin login . Is important you do your due deligence before you buy wrong car ...that will end up putting you in trouble

If you use the proper auto reg ..the information that will be displayed will come like the attached pic ...here you will see tax payers or car owners name , chassis number , engine number ...etc
