If the governor wants to help the commoners,he should purchase Korope Bus( small mini danfo) for all the Local Govt,put it in Private hands to manage at a subsidized rate,then Oyo people will begin to see upgrade in their transport and health Sectors.
That is the way to lift up the Masses from Poverty.Create an enduring legacy.

Mr lover of wisdom, if you had taken a few seconds to properly assimilate what was written there, you'd realize the bikes were rolled out and operating only at the state secretariat for staff and visitors only.
Its not the whole of Ibadan as you have made it out to be and have you been to the Secretariat to see if necessary measures and markings haven't been put in place?
