Jamaica has just 3 million people with only a few resources like bananas, bauxite and cannabis.

They did the RIGHT thing in building up the country's infrastructure to attract foreign investment, and now you're blaming them for getting foreign investment, something EVERY COUNTRY ON EARTH except maybe North Korea and Cuba, craves.
