o Be responsible for setting target and will consistently measure performance of all the various business units
o Relevant knowledge about the industry
o Be an investment banking marketing savvy
o Possess at least 5 years experience in strategic planning and business development
o Possess relevant first degree with MBA as added advantage

4. Risk Management and Compliance personnel: Candidate will/should
o Be responsible for proper management of risks and ensure compliance to all policies and procedures
o Be proficient in measuring and ascertaining all kinds of risks associated with the company’s business and optimally averting them
o Posses at least 7 years working experience, preferably in investment banking industry
o Be an ACA
o MBA as added advantage

5. Financial Control personnel: Candidate will/should
o Be responsible for developing and implementing a modern cost-effective accounting system that will meet the challenges and objectives of the organisation
o Have a strong accounting and financial management background
o Banking and/or audit background/experience will be added advantage
o Possess
o Possess at least 6 years working experience, preferably in investment banking industry
o Be an ACA
o MBA as added advantage




• Our client, an Asset and Trustee management company will like to fill these vacancies with talents that possess the following qualities and qualifications:

1. General Manager (Sales and Marketing)
a. Will be responsible for developing and building strong clientele base and a winning suite of products
b. Should possess:
i. In-depth knowledge of the asset & trustee management industry
ii. Product and/or business development skills
iii. Excellent business writing and communication skills
c. Should possess at least six (7) years working experience in the Asset/Trustee Management and Investment industry, of which at least 2 years should have been in a managerial position
d. Should possess a minimum first degree in the Actuarial/Social sciences or any other relevant degree
e. Should be accredited by SEC as a registered trustee
f. MBA and other relevant qualifications will be of added advantage

2. Manager (Research and Product Development)
a. Will be responsible for market research, developing new products and re-inventing existing ones
b. Should possess:
i. in-depth knowledge of the asset & trustee and investment industry and market
ii. Product/business development know-how
c. Should possess at least five (5) years working experience in Research and Product development, most of which should be in the investment industry
d. A minimum first degree in the Actuarial/Social sciences or any other relevant degree
