Half education is dangerous and where youths that should be objective as the soul of their nation are taking sides because for one reason or the other they are not directly affected it leave little to be desired of anything positive. Let us not forget the immediate and remote causes of the formation of ESN and the consequent attacks on herdsmen and security installations in the SE. Let me be as brief as I can be:

1. Sometime before 2019 and even up to 2019 when this IPOB started their protests, Nigerian Government employed the wrong measures by shooting at this IPOB protesters even when they are seen to be unarmed. They employed maximum force by shooting directly at this peaceful protesters and did absolutely nothing in strategic psychological interaction to use logic and sound reasoning to disarm or dissuade IPoB and their supporters. The support that the police and Army enjoyed from youths on this platform and many others emboldened them to go ahead and use the same measure at LekkiGate shooting of the peaceful protesters. We should all get ourselves acquainted with frustration Agression theory to understand how frustration can lead to a fight back that we are seeing today around different parts of the country

2. On account of the negligent attitude of the government and their seeming support of the herders ravaging of farmlands across the country different parts of the country resorted to self help and the inaction of the south eastern governors was promptly taken advantage of by ESN.

3. Who do you blame in all this? The Government of course. The reasons are very clear already. The Nigerian federal and state governments sowed the seed of the destructions that we are seeing today by adopting wrong measures to address issues that they should have followed with other measures. As for the SE, there is nothing like killings or insurgency as painted by the op and his source. Even the Imo Jailbreak happened in the dead of the night and no life was reported to have been lost. No territories are being taken in the south east neither is there any village that have been sacked in the SE as BH is doing in the NE. Government should consider restructuring ( politically, financially and security wise) very strongly and be comprehensive enough to look at the intended and unintended consequences of their actions before they launch such policies or action. Truth be said this Government have been more irresponsible than any other government in the way they handle and abuse human rights and other sensitive issues in this country, the outcome is what we are reaping today.

Even if na Fulani herdsmen did it they will still put it on ESN.
