I have been banking since 2007. When bank introduce online platform, I happily joined. I have been using Android apps and website to do transaction.
All my transaction have always been successful. But I just realised that the only three complain I got of fail credit when I did transfer are girls. It made me thinking if this is a new format. If it is working for others, it can't work for me because I understand the banking sector. You can know from the start of the transaction will fail or succeed.
The last one that happened I decided to find out. My bank confirmed the transaction was successful. She was saying the mk et reflected but have not entered the account. Never have I heard that no et that a bank customer saw reflected have not entered the account and should wait for six working days
