For now simply appreciate his efforts. You will have enough time to be critical in the future

Lovely.... He should build one also in Lagos., And add clubhouse to it, he would make crazy money especially in places like Lekki and Ikoyi

.

He is not from the SW so there's no need for him to build in any part of the SW.

Great job!

Ain't you tired of the epileptic power situation in your area? Why are you so comfortable buying fuel daily and servicing your generator weekly? How do you feel going out at 1am to put off your generator? Is your conscience not pricking you each time your generator pollution affects your estate? If you can read this and understand English then you surely need a SOLAR POWER SYSTEM TODAY

This is what one man has put his resources together to build. If it were fgn or state government, they will call it "project". Possibly 10x the amount Musa spent would have gone and the "project" would be 40% completed. Kudos to air peace also. Sometimes it is better to pack the seed money from government (anyhow) and used properly. Giving naija prestige, brand new aircrafts and employing thousands. Just imagine if the same seed money was handed over to aboki to set up fgn airline. 500m will be spent, and its only banner and logo in painting we will see.
Kudos to Musa, hope his aboki folks wount destroy the facilities sha, blowing up, showing the usual traits ie defecating or spitting at every corner etc.
Musa should have built this in lekki etc where he will get return on investments or atleast returns to maintain the facility.

Lagos and Abuja have plenty of gyms and sporting venues already, best to build where there is less competition.

This is not government- owned. A private person cannot spend hundreds of millions of naira and allow it to go down the drain. Ahmed Musa has lived in countries where things work and I trust he didn't just throw his money away. The gym and the event section will generate enough money to keep the centre going.

...Less competition and less patronage. Lagos, ABUJA & PH is where the market is, they keep demanding for more, though the cost might be higher.

For nw, the patronage is considerably okay...the five aside football pitch is always book during the weekend and also every evening during the weekdays...using the pitch is 10k per hour at night and 8k per hour in the day...their drink is slightly on the high side...Heineken can is 1k, Mcdowell is 15k...but their event centre is damn expensive. 1.3 million...
