I searched the internet for gaining weight, i found out that if one does not get adequate sleep, one will gain more appetite and eat more food leading to weight gain. But i like it because i am not used to sleep for long time.
My question here is that can i still gain weight with only lack of sleep witout eating much food?, i searched for this also but no answer
