This is a pure case of complicated elevated blood pressure in pregnancy. It's not just about the country not having emergency services, have we thought of the Health seeking behavior of our people? Very few Nigerians take their health seriously except it deteriorated to terminal point. May her soul rest in peace

In sane countries, an emergency surgery will be carried out on her to save the unborn child but in naija, na to dey snap photos and saying "eyah".
so that she will die in a good Samaritans hands and then police will twist the story and rope the helper and then say he killed her

Nigerians are not naturally wicked people but Nigerian police has made helping people in difficult positions very dangerous


People that helped in time past were framed up by police and are in prison for just trying to rush someone to the hospital and the victim died in their hands and of course the hospital will quickly absolve themselves
