Really.
With the price you charge, you still want upward review of it? You don't want it to be affordable for common man.
Those calling on government, is government directly involved? apart from the general bad policies of this present administration

Should the investor always run at loss?? Uber Bolt should be a luxury and as such passengers should treat the investors right and these platform too should see thing from the economic point of view and stop enslaving the investors.

The investors own the car, fuel it, serviced it, maintain it, face law enforcement intimidations and after all Uber will charge 25% on every 100made while Bolt charges 20%!. As an investor when will you make ROI on a car you invested 2.5m on?

Blame the government that has sold you all out, uber can't try this shit in america. even the roads are so bad, that your car would easily break down out of frustration. .

Nigerians are greedy people

They won't set up their own franchises. No. Once you open your business to them, how to crash your business is what they'll be seeking

Lazy human beings. Isn't it human being like you that founded Bolt. If you don't like them, do kabukabu

a company set prices for its services.
you weren't forced to use, the set a price that'll fit for the driver, themselves and the user.
now government policies are affecting their pricing, this is no fault of bolt, uber and co but the government.
I believe there was terms and conditions and if they happen to read those terms and conditions they'll realise they don't have rights to any benefits but the money they get paid.
the association isn't recognised by any of those companies because also in their TC the legal agreement was between the driver and the app and no one else. so except anyone has a personal grievance the strike would just affect bolt and co for sometime and things would go back to normal.

except another company rises up to the challenge to cater better for them.
this is an opportunity for the Nigerian startups into such business to get drivers onboard.

increasing the fare would adversely affect their business, and the customers, while drivers who have already made connections with other customers would take advantage of the price increase.

what they need to clamour for is a better government,
