Hello Nairalanders. I recently made a decision to build four numbers of 3-bedroom flats for rental purpose. Before I proceed on embarking on this project, I would need help on the cost of having this property. I already got the land, so cost of land should not be inclusive. I will appreciate builders or professionals in the house to please help me. Thank you |

Erums: It's simple. Just divide the quantity by the price. I.e price/numbers of materials. |
