If you have a business that is buoyant enough to employ few hands, there is no how you won't have friends and family members scrambling to occupy the few slots. It is usually advised not to employ very close relations for smooth growth. However, if there is a compelling circumstance to employ someone very close to you, you must set business boundaries and clearly spell out your business policies and code of conduct to them if you want the business to continue to thrive.
