what I'll say here might not be ok to many,but you have to read on and try if u think its ok and ur doctor gives u a yes:
1. relax and be a man while being with ur queen(here ur wife/gf I guez)
2. u need to drop ur fear for pregnancy,get educated on birth control if u are not
3. spend good time on fo-replay
4. minutes b4 pen,try to cu-m,either b4 fo-replay,alone or with her assistance,since she's ur gf,she already knows u are 2min man,so let her help u cu-m during fo-replay and subsequent rounds u would be surprised how long u can go

There are so many people having this same problem, But to be honest it is not really a problem. There two possible solutions to your problems and one of them is temporary and the other is permanent. It depends on which you prefer. You could also avail of both.

1. TEMPORARY SOLUTION: Among the lots of medicines that have been suggested in this thread, the most effective is the one that you do not necessarily need to drink. I do not recommend people drinking anything to sustain erection for long period of time or prolonged ejaculation. Things you drink could possibly give you erection but as they do so, they inhibit some other organs in your system and you do not want to risk this, Temporary solution that can keep you for as long as you like is something you apply to your penis top gland about 30 minutes or so before sex. The quantity you apply and the length of time you leave it for before washing it off would play a part on how long you stay without ejaculating.
