but the man that caused this problem of war in Nigeria is buhari even before 2015 he promised to make sure shariah is all over Nigeria. He started by appointing only northern Muslims in highand important positions like the military, civil defense and other paramilitary outfits. He gave others that fulanis from Sahel should come into Nigeria without passports. He instructed that we should not fight fulani herders but pray for them.
