What's really unfortunate is that apartheid was brutal and excluded the majority of our population from participating in the economy. We just celebrated 27 years of democracy and looking back, much has been achieved but still much to be done by way of economic parity.

Black and SAs now comprise the majority of the middle classes and lifestyles estates are booming to cater to this growing middle and upper class; not the narrative commonly believed and reported.

Good to hear black are starting to come up and be economically empowered. You have a beautiful country and have to work in unity with all the different races to become even greater and ensure equality.

Facts. Mandela took the path of reconciliation and peace; it could have ended very differently.
