Contact any insurance company in NIgeria, they will cover you with less than 100k.

In as much as it sounds to be good news. Please do thorough research about the company to be rest assured that it is genuine. Don't just be carried away and rush there since you are having a reservation. I am not saying this to create fear in your heart, but there are many fake companies out there looking for human organs, (kidneys).
Above all, pray about it and remember to tell your family and friends where you are going. If possible, let the closest person to you know the address of this company in Germany.

Are you sure you can survive with Euro 2000? Please check cost of living before moving. Things are very expensive there as compared to Naija. If the job is remote why can't you stay here and support? However, if you want to leverage on that so as to get a better offer no problem. Just be aware that there's language barrier. You need to learn their language.

But still, God dey. If your city is Munich or Hamburg and your net pay isn't above €4,000 please turn it down. The Standard of living in those two cities is mad. Congratulations man

If it isn't Hamburg or Munich, you should be fine, you will be like someone earning 600-700k net monthly here in Nigeria plus a system that works but limited internet privileges.

Thing is, you're not having cold feet but rather a COLD DARK heart. Here are the following errors you made in your story:

1. You got a visa in Qatar. A country you claim to be living in for 2 years yet, you want to get a health insurance in Nigeria? There aren't any in Qatar? How can any sane HR hire someone with this level of reasoning?

2. A question requires a question mark by the way. And the rest? Good lord

3. It is impossible to get an EU type visa without health insurance. So, how did you get a visa without one? Think hard and come up with a good lie for this one

The health insurance is the easiest thing. Talk to the HR of the new firm, they'll help you out. And your company pays for your health insurance.

After living in Qatar for 2 years the thoughts of starting all over can cause cold feet. I understand, but like you mentioned your family can't join you there but Germany offers that opportunity. You can even be given a permanent residence after living for 5 years. If your net is around 2k monthly I'll advise you take it. Even if you come and after one year you don't like the experience you can return to Qatar with German experience.

I study in Germany. Since you'll be working remotely, you should consider staying in a cheaper but very nice city like Bonn in the NRW state. Rent is relatively cheap and it's quite international being the former capital of old Western Germany. It's also home to the UN, University of Bonn and alot of international organisations. Learning German is good but in Bonn almost every German understands and speaks English so you don't have to worry. I bet you you might not even work upto a year before being snatched-up by another company. Germany is in dire need of IT specialists.

For your health insurance you can google MAWISTA. It's a private insurance company that provides both health and travel insurance; it is very reliable and I recommend them because I have used them.
