Because she’s a woman, or the fraud she and other MDs committed wasn’t enough to get her sacked?
Or you simply didn’t bother to learn the specifics before commenting?

. Go to court over what exactly? They erred. The rules are clear. If they go to court, then it will be worse for the bank and they would lose. Oba Otudeko even messed up big time.

FIRST BANK has started sliding down due to downfall in ethics and business governance.

That is how the likes of Erastus Akingbade of the defunct Intercontinental bank, Cecilia Ibru of Oceanic bank and many others brought the banking industries to its kneel due to backdoor process that did not follow the guidelines set by the regulators in the industries.

Congratulations to the new board members. May their tenure usher in ethical revival and moral rectitude in First Bank Plc .

We created their iconic 125th Year Anniversary logo but some top officers in FBN Plc cheated us. We saw they paid N8.3Billion for Adverts & Promotions in 2019 using the logo we designed for them but First Bank Plc did not pay us a dime for designing their 125th Year Anniversary logo.

Here's our appeal once again to FBN Plc to pay us for creating and designing their 125th Year Anniversary logo.

We will not relent until good men and women of conscience in this land prevail on First Bank Plc to pay us for our hardwork and toil in creating their 125th Year Anniversary logo.

Please don't allow First Bank Plc kill us at Xtremecr8tivity

As long as her shares in First Bank are still intact, it would not be a good idea to fight against the CBN.

Going to worked for Wale Tinubu, Oando when the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) sacked the management for the same corporate government malfeasance similar to First Bank and he got a court order to be reinstated. However, the powers behind Wale Tinubu are far greater than the powers behind Mrs Ibukun Awosika and Oba Otudeko.

Adenuga vs Otudeko . . . who comes out on top?

Yet the youth don't care. They are unconcerned because it's not them, forgetting these is what all of them are going through individually yet they refuse to fight collectively.

Hmmm. Thank you sir.
We really suffered in the hands of First Bank Plc and we resolved that we will not allow those God placed to run First Bank Plc kill us and our small brand.

We stand in solidarity with everyone or organisation which has had its intellectual property stolen by a big brand as big as First Bank Plc and told to go to court because they know you can't match their resources.

We appealed to those members of the sacked board but they didn't see anything immoral in stealing our IP and not paying us a small brand.

Ours is one of the worst case scenario of IP theft and we need Nigerians to understand that these things go on,a lot of individuals and brands are suffering and it is one way top managers of the big brands use their privileged position to kill small brands.
