1. The broadcast codes isn't written or prepared by the NBC. Every year, all broadcast media houses meet and they decide own the codes. They would acheive better results by getting Nigerians to get their senators to amend the laws governing the functions of the NBC, instead of going to ECOWAS court, whose rulings have as much weight as a speck of sand.
